Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodwind repair—particularly at the professional level—and be comfortable interacting with customers in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality repairs on clarinets, saxophones, and flutes, with a focus on professional-level instruments

Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate services

Maintain repair shop cleanliness and organization

Assist customers in the retail space with instrument sales, accessories, and repair check-ins

Contribute to a supportive and knowledgeable team environment
Qualifications:

Experience in woodwind repair (clarinet, saxophone, flute); formal training or apprenticeship preferred

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Good communication skills and customer service mindset

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Retail experience a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:

$15–$20 per hour, based on experience
