Terms of service
Payment and pickup for completed instrument repair jobs are required within two weeks from the date of the invoice.
After two weeks, the customer will be charged a $5 daily late fee* until the instrument is picked up.
If a customer is unable to pick up a finished repair within the two week window but they call or email beforehand to make other arrangements with TB Winds staff, they will not be charged the $5 daily late fee.

*$5 daily late fee only applies to days when TB Winds is open (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday).
Policy applies to any invoices sent on or after January 1, 2020 regardless of repair scheduling date.
